The third tab Parameter Sets displays the parameter sets. The original and initial parameter sets are specified in the SBML model file. Additional parameter sets can be generated by parameter estimation.
Note, that the check boxes Active and Selected (second and third row) parameter set determine which parameter set is going to be used for a simulation run, parameter duplication and so on.
This tab contains three additional buttons at the bottom of this tab:
  1. Duplicate Selected:
duplicates the currently selected parameter set (if no set is selected, the active set is used)
  2. Remove Selected:
removes the selected parameter set. If no parameter set is selected no changes are done.
  3. Simulate:
runs the simulation with the currently active parameter set.
