The third tab Parameters displays the parameters defined in the SBML model file, as well as their attributes (e.g. ID, Name,...).
See the SBML Specification for further information about the parameter tag.
This tab offers two buttons called Initialize Thresholds and Simulate at the bottom. The first button sets the parameter attribute Threshold to machine epsilon (roundoff). Note, this will issue a warning stating the set values might be inappropriate for parameter estimation.
However, the threshold values MUST be set prior to parameter estimation or sensitivity analysis (see BioPARKIN Manual).
The second button starts a simulation of the given model with the selected parameter set and initial value (see BioPARKIN Manual).
Additionally, this tab displays the constraint type and their respective bounds in the last three columns.
