To run a sensitivity analysis, load the SBML model and select the parameters and species in the sensitivity tab by simply checking their respective boxes. Alternatively, the user can either select all, deselect all or invert selection by clicking the respective button.
To start the sensitivity analysis, either click on Sensitivity Overview button or Action > Compute Sensitivity Overview in the menu bar (shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + O).
To start the detailed sensitivity analysis, either click on Detailed Sensitivity button or Action > Compute Detailed Sensitivities in the menu bar (shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + D).
The user is asked to either manually insert time points, use the time points of some data file or select an interval of equally spaced time points. The default interval is [0,100] with 100/3 the default distance of two neighboring points. In this case, the user has to press the Calculate button to get the time points.
